Finding reliable recurring house cleaning in Roanoke, VA should make life easier — not create another responsibility to manage.
For busy families, parents, professionals, and homeowners, the goal of hiring a cleaning company is usually simple: get the house clean, keep it clean, and know you can trust the people entering your home.
That is exactly what HomeCare by FRBS was designed to provide.
First Response Building Services is introducing HomeCare by FRBS for qualifying weekly and biweekly residential cleaning clients throughout Roanoke, Salem, Vinton, and Daleville, Virginia.
Our goal is to solve one of the biggest problems homeowners face when starting recurring house cleaning: the house often needs more work during the first cleaning than it will need during normal maintenance visits.
Instead of charging a large initial deep-clean premium before recurring service can even begin, qualifying HomeCare clients receive an initial HomeCare Reset as part of starting recurring service.
What Is HomeCare by FRBS?
HomeCare by FRBS is our weekly and biweekly recurring residential cleaning program.
It is built for homeowners who want a professional cleaning company that uses trained employees, standardized cleaning systems, consistent equipment, documented procedures, and cleaner-facing checklists.
HomeCare is not simply about finding someone to clean the house once.
It is designed to create an ongoing system for keeping your home clean.
Qualifying HomeCare clients receive:
- Weekly or biweekly recurring residential cleaning
- An initial HomeCare Reset of up to 10 labor hours
- A HomeCare Member Rate of $50 per labor hour for eligible additional cleaning services
- Service from a background-checked and professionally trained team
- Standardized FRBS equipment, cleaning products, procedures, and checklists
- Service from a licensed, insured, and bonded local cleaning company
Your Initial HomeCare Reset Is Included
One of the challenges of starting recurring house cleaning is that the first visit is rarely a normal maintenance cleaning.
Baseboards may need attention. Blinds may have accumulated dust. Cabinet fronts, door frames, trim, and other detailed areas may need to be brought back to a maintainable condition.
HomeCare addresses that problem from the beginning.
When a qualifying client signs up for weekly or biweekly recurring service, their initial HomeCare Reset is included for up to 10 labor hours.
The client pays their normal recurring visit price rather than paying a separate initial deep-clean rate for those first 10 labor hours.
The Reset can also be divided between the first two visits when necessary.
The purpose is simple: we help get the home caught up so that future recurring visits can focus on maintaining it.
What Does the HomeCare Reset Include?
The HomeCare Reset combines the normal recurring residential cleaning scope with additional detailing needed to establish a clean starting point.
Depending on the home, this may include additional attention to:
- Baseboards
- Cabinet fronts
- Blinds
- Door frames
- Detailed dusting
- Other areas included within the normal residential cleaning scope
Interior appliance cleaning can also be requested.
Because cleaning inside refrigerators, ovens, and other appliances can require significant additional labor, homeowners should understand that those services may cause the initial Reset to exceed the included 10 labor hours.
What Happens if My Home Needs More Than 10 Hours?
Some homes simply require more time.
That does not prevent the homeowner from joining HomeCare.
If we expect the initial HomeCare Reset to require more than 10 labor hours, FRBS can provide an expected labor estimate before or during scheduling.
Any HomeCare Reset labor beyond the first 10 included hours is billed at the HomeCare Member Rate of $50 per labor hour.
For example, if a HomeCare Reset requires 15 labor hours, the first 10 labor hours are included under the HomeCare Reset offer and the additional five hours would be billed at the Member Rate.
This allows homes that need a larger initial cleaning to still take advantage of HomeCare without paying our normal one-time deep-clean labor pricing for the entire project.
The HomeCare Member Rate
The value of HomeCare does not end after the initial Reset.
Active weekly and biweekly HomeCare clients receive access to our HomeCare Member Rate of $50 per labor hour for eligible add-on cleaning services.
This gives recurring clients an affordable way to periodically address cleaning projects that fall outside their normal maintenance visit.
Depending on the project, Member Rate labor may be used for additional detail cleaning, interior appliance cleaning, seasonal cleaning projects, or other eligible services.
Services involving specialty equipment, restoration work, special materials, window cleaning, carpet extraction, or subcontractors may include additional equipment, material, restoration, or subcontractor charges.
The idea is simple: homeowners who trust FRBS with their recurring cleaning should receive preferred pricing when they need more from us.
Trusted Cleaners In Your Home
Price matters when choosing a house cleaning service.
Trust matters more.
FRBS is first-responder owned and primarily staffed by local heroes, including first responders, educators, healthcare workers, parents, and other members of the communities we serve.
Every FRBS employee is background checked.
FRBS has also implemented pre-employment drug testing for future hires as part of our employee screening process.
Our employees complete formal FRBS training that includes both video-based instruction and field training. Our team also operates under established company standard operating procedures.
That structure matters because HomeCare clients are not hiring an individual cleaner.
They are hiring the FRBS team and the FRBS cleaning system.
A Standardized Residential Cleaning System
One of the ways FRBS works to provide consistent recurring house cleaning is by standardizing how our team performs the work.
Our residential cleaners use standardized cleaning caddies with established contents, company-approved cleaning products, vacuums, mop systems, cleaning procedures, and cleaner-facing checklists.
This allows FRBS to train employees around the same expectations and processes rather than relying entirely on the habits or preferences of an individual cleaner.
While we may work to maintain familiar staffing when practical, HomeCare is designed around the reliability of the company and its systems rather than promising that one specific employee will always service the home.
Licensed, Insured and Bonded Residential Cleaning
Allowing someone access to your home requires trust.
FRBS is a licensed, insured, and bonded cleaning company.
We believe professional residential cleaning should involve more than someone arriving with a few cleaning products.
Clients should know who they are hiring, what systems are being followed, and what company is responsible for the service.
That is one of the main principles behind HomeCare by FRBS.
Preparing Your Home for Recurring Cleaning
Professional recurring cleaning works best when the home is ready for the cleaning team to focus on cleaning.
FRBS does not routinely wash dishes, change bed linens, or pick up personal belongings, clothing, toys, and other items from floors or surfaces in order to clean underneath them unless a service has been specifically arranged.
Clients should have floors and surfaces reasonably accessible before the scheduled visit.
This allows our cleaning team to spend the scheduled time cleaning the home rather than organizing belongings.
Additional FRBS residential terms and conditions regarding access, pets, utilities, fragile belongings, safety conditions, and service expectations also apply.
Homes That May Not Qualify for HomeCare
HomeCare is designed for ongoing residential maintenance cleaning.
Certain conditions require a different type of service or may fall outside the services FRBS provides.
The HomeCare Reset does not include:
- Hoarding conditions
- Biohazard cleaning
- Active pest conditions
- Smoke or nicotine remediation
- Heavy wall washing
- Restoration work
- Excessive buildup outside normal residential deep-clean conditions
- Carpet extraction
- Most window cleaning
- Specialty or subcontracted work
FRBS will evaluate unusual cleaning conditions individually before beginning service.
Who Is HomeCare Designed For?
HomeCare by FRBS is primarily designed for busy households that value their time and want professional help keeping their homes maintained.
That includes busy families, working parents, professionals, dual-income households, and homeowners who would rather spend their limited free time doing something other than catching up on house cleaning.
HomeCare is currently available for qualifying weekly and biweekly residential cleaning services beginning at $150 per scheduled visit.
Monthly residential cleaning does not qualify for the HomeCare Reset offer.
